eBay Trading Store (drop-off) Boss suing employee for account suspension.

Boss wants 17 year old "employee" to pay for damages caused to company (not physical)

My question. What power does somebody have when, I have been working for them for a month or so, they get shut down, and are trying to blame me and sue me for it?

I never had any papers showing me as a legal employee and I think my boss would be in just as much trouble when I bring everything like that up because he has never gotten a tax id for the company or reported anything of the company to the state.

Where am I stuck at, at the age of 17? What power does he actually have against somebody who was never officially employed at the company.

I had the story behind this earlier, but IAAL didn't seem to care even though it was different than the other 5 million questions asked here.

Since this has to do with E-Bay, we don't care what happens to you, your boss, or the situation in general. We're burned out on E-Bay problems.

This is a valid question, and just because the word "eBay" happens to appear in the text does not mean it is the usual eBay question. Furthermore, if people do not wish to respond to eBay questions, then they should simply not respond. Eventually, the poster will get the hint and stop posting.

Well I can see that HomeGuru is well versed and talented in the childish art of name-calling. It does indeed take raw wit and sheer brilliance to twist/edit someone's name into an insult. Nicolia, If you read the original unedited post you would have seen that OP was underage and running a scam on eBAY and trying to get someone here to aid and abet him, no one is going to do that, especially with his attitude.

I suppose that we are also to assume that this declaration of yours is to apply only to gjs8806? Otherwise, we could easily assume that you are also stating that this forum is no longer to reply to you or IAAL.
