What is the name of your state? Ga

From the my previous post I was involved in 2 accidents last year (not a fault 8/21 and not a fault 10/29). Well currently the insurance co. for the 2nd accident will not pay my claim (hospital bill, ems, and prescription). I don't want/need the pain suffering bs. just need the above 3 taken care of. They stated that car didn't have damaged so they won't pay the claim.

I may have heard the term incorrectly but have been trying to find info on it for days. It's called (I think) the Eggshell effect....has anyone on this board heard of that? And if so would you be so kind to provide details on it? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I'm off to look some more......

I've never heard of it. I don't pay meds either if there is no damage to the cars. Turn them into your health insurance.
