I'd suggest you speak to your lawyer with this problem. It may be as simple as amending the filing.
It'll be easy to get rid of the bk on your sons report in a few months. But, those charge offs will likely be tougher. I wouldn't fool with those until your lawyer explains all the options.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. I thought you meant your bk had shown up on his reports. I really wish that were the case because that would likely be easy to get rid off given the changes in the reporting industry.
The charge offs could be tricky. He'll have to dispute with the CRA's as not mine and hope the orginal creditor doesn't verify. I would suggest you speak to your lawyer about amending {or reopening your bk} if that is possible and getting it handled that way.

bigun, im sorry for the confusion.......the charge offs are on his credit report, because the social security number is on my bankrupcy see credit card says my name but my husband wrote the wrong number on the aplication.

there may also be bankrupcy informaton but the charge offs are what we need advice about.

how can you reopen a bankrupcy after discharge

this wasnt done as fraud it was a mistake we would have never known it if it wouldnt have showed up on my sons report. we had no idea.....
question... once a bankrupcy is dischagred that means its gone right? with the orginal creditors? do they keep your information?

also are there credit repair places that can wipe off those discharges if you pay em? i seen some sites advertised on the net just cking... his main thing is in july he wants to buy a house and dont want any bad things on his report....... also his report right now says he has fair credit that is with those 2 charge offs so that isnt that bad is it? thanks your such a help
