I was wrongfully evicted last year but have since been restored to my place. What am I entitled to and what type of papers do I file?

Have you searched your state statutes to see if there is any penalty for the incident you mentioned ? If not do so . Or consult with a local lawyer . Since you re gained possession of the unit dont be shocked if there is no further penalty since possession of unit was restored to you .
