What is the name of your state? I live in Warren, Ohio. My mother-in-law was deceived into signing a power of attorney in 2004. She was then declared mentally incompetent due to alzheimers. She has had this condition since 2000!
Her son is selling all of her homes and personal property. He empty her bank accounts and left for Calif. Sent back P.O. Box so checks could be sent to him for sell of homes. HOW can I freeze her assets? Her retirement (General Motors retiree)is paying for her nursing home bill. Help me help her!
