Florida - We own a small business that retails breast pumps online to new parents. Recently the manufacturer of the breast pumps we sell implemented a policy that they would not sell to retailers who sell the product online. However, they do have eight "select" retailers that they will allow to sell online. The manufacturer owns the market, by dropping us as retailers they are putting us out of business. Legally , can they do this ?

Yep

Merchants are not obligated to enter into any business transaction (with the exception of some discrimination related situations). Therefore they can sell to whomever they want. Apparently they have decided that mom&pop shops hawking their new products at a discount on e-bay is not helping their branding. So they want to stop this. Your options are: find another brick & mortar shop to wholesale to you for a small percentage or find another line of business.
