email harrassments with viruses

I want to get this guy. He's sending me email almost everyday, sometimes 6 times a day ....and i've had as many as 12 in one day. I own a website and domain name. Therefore whatever anyone types for an email address with my domain, as the administrator of that domain, i receive the bogus accounts. He always uses variations of the same name in the For line and seemingly random names as the sender. 99 times out of a 100, there's always some kind of worm virus attached. He's been doing this now for more than a year and a few times managed to infect my computer and my home network. For the longest time, i used a filter on my email program and it didn't bother me. Recently, I wanted to do something about all the porno and spam i was getting in my email. So when I installed a new anti-spam program, i noticed i was still getting his emails. Although now, with this program, his attempts are pathetic, I still want to get him. I want to press charges for all the information that i've lost because of him and I would really like to know why he chose to harrass me. I've been saving the 'who is' & email header information with each one he sends. I don't know how much they'll help since he's hacking bogus information into the header. Maybe some computer guru could find him so I can nail him?

So my questions are:
Is it possible to get this guy?
How would I go about it?
Do I have a case?
What can be charged against him?

Grow up? What kind of legal advice is that?
I know for a fact this guy is a hacker, possibly one of the regulars of my forum which I discontinued for reasons of harassment. The topic of my website by the way is theology & philosophy. I am the priest with the question.

If this guy was an innocent bystander, unknowingly infected by several different worms, for as long as this guy's been sending me viruses, I would imagine his computer to be quite a mess. I don't see how anyone's computer could still operate. Another reason I don't believe this guy is innocent are the tactics he uses in the subject line to get me to open the email. Like one of the 3 I've received so far today, it was to the postmaster (me) of my domain:
---Subject: Returned mail--"meeting notice"---

The worms I've received in the past from other sources, I've been able to contact the sender informing them of the virus. With this guy, there's no way to reply. The email always comes back undeliverable.

Rather than assuming this guy is innocent, I think it would be worth some officials time to find out what the real reason is this guy has so many different worms to distribute across the internet.

So my questions are:
Is it possible to get this guy?
How would I go about it?
Do I have a case?
What can be charged against him?
Does anyone even have a clue?

You're a priest, your not supposed to know. If you're coming to a legal forum for this kind of thing, you are crazy. Just call your ISP and ask the "pros" to take care of it.
