What is the name of your state? nj

Based on my divorce decree I would like a clear explanation of when child support would end for each child based on the following:

Each child shall be deemed to be emancipated upon the first date that any of the following occurs.

A. Reaching the age of eighteen or the completion of college or trade school education , which ever occurs LAST.

Is this saying that if my daughter now 15 goes to college I will have to pay until she graduates another 4 years? And if she decides to enter the work force at 18 I will have to refile for adjustments. My youngest is now 9 so assuming that he goes to college I will be paying child support to the year 2016

That is rather vague.

Wonder if a kid take switches majors, drops classes and stays in school until age 30 you'd still have to pay CS? Is "finishing college" considered getting a bachelors degree, or is it ALL post secondary education? My sis just got another degree at age 40. May be they could keep a person paying until then if they haven't "finished school"?

I knew guys in college during the Viet Nam war who did that.
