What US state are you in? If you are in the US, what is your status?

I am in US. Payer and me are in different states, don't know which state is the legal address of the payer. My question is about federal taxes. I think federal tax rules are independent of the state.
What you mean by my status?

He is asking if you are in the country legally, or if your status is undocumented.

Legally of course.

I assumed such, but if you were willing to share what type of visa you are on, and why you feel that you now qualify to be considered as a resident for tax purposes, that would help us give you advice.

Thank you, but I am not looking for help to determine my tax status. I think this will take the discussion into several pages of me trying to prove what I already verified very well.
From the link I was trying to post here earlier, it appears that its a violation of rights for anybody to even demand from an individual ANY of tax forms (even the right one), for example violation of the constitution.

Then you're pretty much at the end of the assistance you'll receive here.

Oh please...

My question is how to enforce for the constitutional and civil rights b/c they are obviously violated here?

I'm beginning to think that you're simply here to troll us. You've been told over and over and over again what to do, yet you ignore it. You've also been asked for additional information to try to assist, yet you refuse to provide it. It's time for you to move on to a different playground.

Just because something violates a law (and I'm not saying it did or didn't) doesn't make it a constitutional or civil rights violation.

Like I said I could post the link that clarifies all this (already did but my post was deleted), but its not allowed here b/c its a commercial site.
One of the reasons that commercial sites aren't as trustworthy as non-commercial sites is that they are frequently biased in that they want to promote their product or service. You are being led to believe that something exists when it (likely) does not so that they can get money from you.

Possibly, but this could only be cleared only in discussion.
I don't care about how much money they with withhold.
Like you mentioned I could get it back when I file return.
I just don't want to submit any papers with false statements, cause it may have consequences I may not even aware of.
I wan't be even able to obtain the right papers from the payer if I submit wrong tax form.
And my return for next year will be inconsistent.
