Is an employer liable if he takes you back to your vehicle on job site after a drug test for an industrial accident without the drug test results? I was driven home instead of being allowed to drive my own vehicle home.

I don't follow -- you had a drug test, and they take time to process. What do you suggest the employer should have done? How did what the employer did hurt you?
