I had replied to my own post (which presented as empty) with what started this thread but thought it looked tacky so i asked the mod to delete it.

I do not wish to offend anyone here. Good and bad people exist throughout all professions, mine included. While i am an honest person and a family oriented man, that doesn't mean anything to those I'm working with in the case. As a result of my experiences in the courtroom , i am highly offended, disgusted, disappointed but determined to stay resilient to the end despite knowing what they are doing. I never would have expected to NOT get a "fair shake" but it is what it is.

You succeeded in court...I'm not sure what you think wasn't "fair"...

It's really hard to say if there was bias or of what type, given that you have provided no information regarding Mom's claims or your proof.

But I must agree with the others - if you presented yourself in court the way you have here, the bias against you, personally, may be quite understandable. I suspect your lawyers got fed up with you/your attitude. I suspect you pull a similar one with the mother of your child/ren.

At the end of the day, neither 'side' is ever truly happy with an outcome in Family Court. Consider how you will feel if you keep it up and the court gives custody to Mom. It could happen. Quite easily.

Thanks for responding. I will have time later for a proper response.
