What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
I have been looking for all of the information that I can find for a certain evaluator in Indiana. She has done a lot of evaluations according to her, my attorney, the GAL, other attornies that I spoke to. According to another attorney whom I spoke to she has a trend of finding in favor of the father. There have been several cases where she found in favor of the father, and the father returned the child to the mother shortly after he was awarded custody.
Anyways, I have found a few other women who were vicitims of domestic violence like I was, and they had the same evaluator. She found in favor of the father in their cases too. We've compared the results to a study that was done about custody evaluators, and we've found that some parts of her reports are the same as those quoted in the evaluation study. We have also found that some parts of our reports are verbatim the same.
What can we do about this evaluator? She is a Psychologist with a Psy.D. She is well liked by many, and she is married to prominent physician. How can I find her history of evaluation outcomes? Does the State or County keep track of such a thing? Our our reports legitimate if sections of them are verbatim except for the names, and in some instances she refers only to Mother and Father, so the reports are the same.
Any ideas where to start, what to do from a legal standpoint?
My ex paid this woman over $10,000 for the evaluation. I am afraid that she is a quack.
