Really. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

Chelle - if you're going to call someone on grammar & punctuation, at least make sure yours is impeccable. Talk about looking like a dumba$$.

Good luck to you and to your daughter. I hope that the court sees things clearly. I think many mothers would have a difficult time admitting that he was the father in this case, and she was very brave to be so honest...she could have said nothing. I hope and pray that the biological father, if it is her x boyfriend, does not gain favor with the court. she needs to find an excellent attorney!! fight!

Yes, someone has been through this. It happens every day across the country and the cause of it is children having sex and having children.

The ex-boyfriend is perfectly within his rights to file for custody and visitation. A paternity test will be ordered and if he is found to be the father then he will get rights to the child. What those rights are is up to the court.

Stop giving advice. You are uneducated and tactless.

He may be tactless, but he's not uneducated - especially in the law. You may not like what he has to say, but BB is usually on the mark.

Sometimes BB gets bit by a sand flea and he's grouchy for days.

Not wrong.

Grouchy.
