Didn't you watch Lethal Weapon 2?? OMG! Mel Gibson and Danny Glover were chasing this guy thru heavy traffic and the guy had a wreck and his car rolled over and his trunk popped open and it was full of Kruggerands. They (the bad guys) have that guy killed for losing all that gold. The bad guy in the movie was some rich bloated ugly South African guy. He had Mel's girlfiend killed and it is eventually revealed that he also had Mel's wife killed in the first movie. The South African guy shoots Mel several times at the end and we had to wait until Lethal Weapon 3 came out to know if he died or not. And thats what Kruggerands are.

IAAL Will file order asap. Would also like to file injunction to have police hold the gold for 30 days.
Also there was a contempt hearing yesterday morning (my ex did not show) the GM ordered his arrest and he is in jail right now. The hearing was already set up before any one knew about the gold.
What I'm worried about is if he get the gold back I'll never see any of it. Also if he gets it back and knows I know about it he might try to take off with my kids and the gold.

HAHA this is exactly what I was thinking when I asked why a guy hiding from child support would use his gas tank! I would think a shoebox would do for THAT, I would think you would use your gas tank to hide from something bigger KWIM?

Well the lawyer for DOR just called and they did not give up yesterday. They found a judge that signed a seizure order for the gold and they also got $980.00 in cash when they arrested him.
I don't know how long it will take to get to me but at least I'll finally get some money. Thanks to everyone. Cat
