Yes well he is in work release and they make the rules there..not the offenders ! he is not in there for anything to do with child support...he is there on an unrelated charge...work release is like being in jail except that you can leave to go to work & school and then back to W.R....so in other words they tell u what u can and cannot do...when & where u can go & who u can see while you're there! .. in this county you are not allowed to visit with any minors..it is the same way at the jail here...their rules..not mine! He has not visited with the kids since Jan.

Bres_mom..U mean to tell me that you think $113 a week for two kids is TOO MUCH support ??? I have only once asked for more support and that was 4 yrs. ago when he was only ordered to pay $50 a week !!!! and he was bringing home more then $600 a week !!!! I was a single mother at the time and only grossing $350....So I AM NOT one of those ex's who is trying to take every penney that my ex makes....I really do not even know why I am trying to defend my-self to you..for one you obvioulsy are a bitch and no matter what I say you are still gonna bash me and second of all I don't owe you an explanation..I don't owe you ****!!!!

No, I'm not one of those people that sit around all day eating bonbons. I have a job, I work in my home from 9-6pm M-F I take care of my family! And it amuses me that you keep responding, when in a previous post you said you weren't going to respond anymore. And yes I can be a ROYAL bitch, but only when someone pisses me off. You said at one point you only grossed $350.00 a month, well why didn't you get a better job? It's not the fathers responsibility to pay for ALL expences, yes he should pay support, but if you only brang in $350, then get off YOUR LAZY A$$ and work harder. I am not miserable, I'm a happily married mother, who has seen first hand what women like you can do to fathers. And I knew what I was getting myself into, and it was ok with me. I have been there for my hubby during some very hard times, and it has brought us closer. And also re-read my post where I told you that me and my hubby have joint physical custody, and we do not pay support, and we do not receive support... Before you start shooting off your mouth, why don't you at least make sure that what your going to say is right and not wrong. And now your saying that a father is suppose to help support his children, what is your point to that, your ex is helping to support them, so why did you even say that?
