I think Op played the game with him. Well, actually based on her posts she helped play the game and was right there filing joint returns with him and trying to figure out how to redirect the refunds. Now she wants to play victim. Sorry but NO.

YES We filed joint tax....but I NEVER saw them or signed them. I reported him and the accountant to the IRS and they took action AGAINST him and the accountant.

The abuse was FINANCIAL abuse. I was never allowed access to our financial information.

You forget what you have posted. You forget what exactly you stated. That YOU took the information to the accountant. That YOU arranged to file. That you were working on them. You also posted about YOU using your credit to get home equity loans and the like. Sorry but you can't rewrite history now. I don't hate the truth. I hate liars.

I need to borrow the money and pay the accountant before he will finish our taxes. I would like the money to go directly to the account of the person the money was borrowed from.
Also, when is the deadline for filing (with extension)?
My daughter is eligible for a Cal and Federal Grant but must meet the filing deadlines. I am trying desperately to get the taxes filed before the deadline ends.
