after divorcing my wife(in georgia) she called me(in florida) offering a substancial amount of money to let her new husband adopt my daughter. i said no way and am wondering is/was this legal as they are now, five years later, asking again. i love my daughter and no amount of money would ever change my mind. i would like to end this once and for all and get her to open communication up with my daughter(they are withholding their home phone number). my question is whether this can be used for leverage to get a more benificial situation for my daughter and i? my visitation is acceptable other than the fact that my ex does not want to let my daughter visit me in florida or take her out of the state of georgia. this is what i would like to change in our agreement so she can see her grandparents and stay with me at my home during the summer and our other agreed upon times.

Does it say anywhere in your legal paperwork that you are not allowed to remove the child from the state during visitation? Are you granted any form of phone access in the legal papers?

hm

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had to kill today because they pissed me off. And also, help me to be careful of the toes I step on today as they be connected to the ass that I may have to kiss tomorrow.

Help me to always give 100% at work...

12% on Monday.

23% on Tuesday.

40% on Wednesday.

20% on Thursday.

5% on Friday.

And help me to remember...When I'm having a really bad day,and it seems that people are trying to piss me off, that it takes 42 muscles to frown and only 4...to extend my middle finger and tell them to bite me! Amen.
