Yes, I'm sure he/she does, but calling neighbors IS AGAINST THE LAW !! The FTC frowns upon calling neighbors and using them as 'messengers'. Its no suprise this collector thinks its ok to call neighbors as harrassment for a debt - none of them know the FDCPA and if they do know it - they ignore it.
