I am from Massachusetts.

I have a relationship with this woman (she is married) for 2 years and things get ugly for the last 10-12 months. I want to end this relationship but it does not seem like she wants to end it. She promised "not to let me just get up and walk away".

She has threatened to tell my wife that we are having an affair, wreak my marriage and will do anything to ruin my life.

That is a scary threat and i took it very seriously.

Now she wants me to be cooperative with her by doing what she wants me to do. I have to ask her for agreement to leave work early if i need to leave work early.

I have to ask her for aggreement to take a day off to do something for my family if i need to take a day off.

She wants me to call her often.

The list goes on and on.....

If i dont comply with her, she is threatening me to ruin my life.

My question to you :

If i dont comply one day, can she ultimately get back at me by saying that i raped her?

She obviously wants to ruin my marriage, ruin my life, and might take the root of claiming that i raped her to completely ruin me.

We have been seeing each other for the last 2 years. I have emails and chat messages saved recently, since she starts to act up with her threats against me.

I feel like i am being taken hostage by her and MUST comply with her requests.

BAck in June, me and my family went on to Florida for vacation, she gets angry and demand that i must give her the same amount of money that i spent on the trip. I told her i dont take control of financial issues and my wife does, therefore i dont have access to such amount of cash. She told me to do whatever it take to get the cash, robe the bank, do whatever to get her the money.

What do i do now?

Do your emails show consent?
Are there any claims to rape?
Are the Emails and IM's extortion?
Adultery is grounds for divorce in your state and has other implications.
Have you considered telling your wife before she does?

I agree.
I think it is time to come clean with your wife and suffer the consequences of your action, instead of trying to hide everything and hope it ends. It won't. Your lover has already shown she is controlling and unstable.... take away her leverage and tell your wife, and, if you are sorry and want to salvage the relationship, get some marriage counseling. There are deeper problems with your relationship.
Good luck.
