extradited??

What is the name of your state?co/ga
does anyone know under what circumstances a person with a warrant from one state, but now living in another would get extradited back to that original state when arrested?

Walking dictionary strikes again, such a sad, pathetic, and lonely person (loosely termed). Nothing better to do than go through the forums to insult and malign people who only want help. Such a tragic waste of human intellect. But then again you are not that smart are you, just a blow hard with a spell check at hand. Pity, pity, pity, and you call others trash when you should take a hard look in the mirror, there you would find the finest example of human scurge.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

What a turd!

Have you found an answer to YOUR problem yet? By the way . . . Have you noticed how well you're spelling now, since I brought your poor spelling to your attention?

You're doing such a fine job!

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

Lonely, lonely pathetic creature, a dictionary your only comfort. You mistake grammar for intellect. You belittle others to cover your own shortcomings. Lonely, lonely pathetic creature.

If state A has issued a warrant for a suspect, they have the option of entering it in to NCIC. If they enter it into NCIC they have to be willing to extradite from at least a limited geographic area.

If so, then when state B runs a warrants check on a suspect that they have contacted for any reason, a "hit" will come back from the warrant issued by state A. The Dispatcher from the agency in state B will contact the issuing agency in state A and ask for confirmation of the warrant. If state A still wants the suspect, the agency in state A will "confirm" the warrant and send an abstract of the warrant to state B.

The officer in state B will then place the suspect into handcuffs and arrest the suspect on the warrant. When the suspect is booked into jail the suspect will have the option to waive the extradition hearing or not. I fthey choose to have the hearing, they will delay their extradition by a week or two whule they piss off a judge. After that, the suspect will be transported to state A by whatever means state A and state B agree upon.

Does that help?
