Legally, it's allowed, so there's nothing you can do about it. Furthermore, with a young infant, it's quite common. A LOT of people keep their infant's crib in their bedroom.

I don't care what the rest of the world does with their child, only what is done with our child. And I acknowledge that in this situation, my opinion may not matter.

As far as what is done legally you can also smoke (at all) and drink (to excess), but those things are prohibited around our child by the judge's custody orders. A lot of things that are "legal" are prohibited by custody order...as they are not moral or appropriate around children.

He's not a young infant anymore...fast growing into a toddler who now walks AND talks. :eek: I actually can't believe it myself, he has grown up fast. But I see your point and as always, appreciate your feedback.
