Thats not my line of work. My son who is 14 is friends with a judges son. The judges son is constantly in trouble. The scenario is that the judges son got caught at home with some marijuana on a wednesday and the judge assume that my son sold it to him at school on tuesday. My son was arrested on wednesday night at 9 pm and placed in a juvenile detention center until friday. No prelimenary hearing. The probable cause was "we have the maijuana" we exercised his rights to remain silent when he was arrested. This has snowballed into him being expelled from school. Seeing that the principal likes my son he has told us there was no proof that my son sold the marijuana at school or had possesion of the marijuana at school. But the judge has accused my son of it so they had no other chose but to expel. This judge is so brazen he went to our local bowling alley an told another juvenile if he didn't stay away from his son he would have him arrested. Sad part of it he has know control over his child, me and my son was out at 10 pm last saturday night and who did we see out running around, the judges son.
