What is the name of your state? Florida Will, I got a problem that needs to be address. My husband now had some legal problems, one was drugs & the other was depresstion. He has been clean now for a month & he is staying away from the people. Well, about 3 or 4 weeks ago he was going to kill himself because I was leaving him. Well, I called the cops & he was sent to Life Stream for help. He has been taking his med's & going to counselor every week now & he is doing better & he has been such a good person to himself,my kids & myself. He had never abuse my kids & myself at all. He was down about himself & was scared about lossing me & my kids. Well, we are thinking of getting back together & take marriage counselor & he is going to keep going to his counselor aswell. My problem is my ex husband to whom I had kids with, he had called DCF on me right after what had happen 3 or 4 weeks ago. I need to know once my husband & I get back together & we do these thing's to help our marriage & him still going to his counselor, what can my ex husband do? I am scared to tell my ex husband because he has threating me about taking my kids away from me & his wife & him has been none stop harrassing my husband & I for a few yrs now. They get into file's from the court to harrasse us & they have called DCF alot of time aswell on us. DCF always close the case because my ex doesn't want to pay child surport. Well someone help me please. I do want to be with my husband & he wants to be with us too & he is a very good person but he just had problems he is getting help for now. :(

As long as you and your husband get counseling and he stays on his meds, your ex probably won't be able to do anything at all- even tho he'll try. If he tries to take you to court for custody, either you or your attorney will be able to prove that any problems that previously existed are being worked out. Please try to concentrate on getting your family back together and try not to let your ex get to you. I wish you the best.
Gracie :)

However, it may be wise for the two of you to live apart and date while he continues to stay clean (sorry, but a month clean isn't that long) and the two of you go to counseling.
