Of course knowing that a junior member could not have the ability to erase a thread, you take pleasure in toying with me to see how gullible I would be. Still kicking sand in my eyes from your sandbox. Seems like you enjoy this petty bullying. That's ok everyone knows you don't have an answer to the question anyway, if you did you would have stopped it when I tried to delete the thread as you asked. All right now- anyone else want to try to belittle me? :p :)

The origional poster (YOU) can delete your thread.

1. Hit the EDIT button on your first post on this thread.
2. Hit delete when that screen comes up.

Your whole thread will be gone.
[/QUOTE]
this is a post from yesterday night(date stamped 3:59 pm)- long after my first post- that explains how to delete a thread. Is it reasonable to think that a newbie like myself might try and delete a thread by pressing the "delete a thread" in the "EDIT A THREAD"? Isn't it also reasonalbe that a new person in this glorified sandbox might not know that if you delete the first post -puff- there goes the thread. Yes I deleted the second thread that way because it served no purpose having one memorial reply -that being from you telling me to delete the thread. Am i really enough a threat to your ego to play such stupid games?
Oh by the way- Does anyone know if I can put a fence along my easement?

I didn't post that dude. It is obvious you are on something or you have a learning disability.

Is there a reason you feel so "Self Entitled?" You are repetitive and annoying. Why couldn't you check with the city you live in? City hall rings a bell. A free consult with a local attorney rings a bell.

I doubt any member of this forum is going to stand on the skid of a helicopter and jump onto your property to have possum stew with you, simply to drop off a darn ruler.

Thanks Paradise for your cryptic reply???
That opinion was addressed to Homeguru - if in my cut and paste I made a slip I have misquoted you- dude my bad-I'm alittle slow in the uptake of this qoute of quote of a quote -nevertheless- There ain't no possum here in the Greatland. By the way did you say yes or no the the only question that is pertanant:
Can I put a fence along my easement?

You can put a fence up your butt if you want. I am not a dude, and your posting history clearly shows you are either on mind altering drugs, or you have not passed Kindergarden.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MODERATOR????????????????

I posted that you have referenced. And I am bored with this boring thread. Bye.
Dave, you've had your answer. From me, from HomeGuru, from BelizeBreeze, from many others. If you don't like the free advice you got, well, you got what you paid for anyway. Enough already. Go see a lawyer and tell her that her advice sucks instead of us.

[Clairraine I am alittle bit insulted by your reply- after all didn't you tell me
quote:
"After looking at your diagram and finally understanding what you're trying to do, I conclude you have a very strange access easement,".....
Homeguru never gave any answer- Says he knows the real answer but won't tell (because he really doesn't have an answer) - and Belizebreeze (by your own statement to me, qoute " didn't understand the nature of the easement". As far as the others that have given an answer- Paradise says yes-
Belize jumped to the conclusion that the easement was a simple easement going across my land and jumped on me for not accepting answer that was built on a wrong assumption. He then went on to threaten anyone who gave me advice to ejection for the sandbox- effective but not too noble.
At that point I had a target placed on my chest that read "kick this guy and show your a team player" well what ever...
Other than personal attacks- and some interesting insights on how this site works- which is the real reason why 1500 people have wasted their time in following this silly thread- the only advice is to go away-get a lawyer-leave-erase this thread-get a life-get off drugs-eat possum-go back and finish kindegarten- and a few other great, by not to useful ideas in understanding the law pertaining to this type of easement-
If I have broken any of the rules of this site then the moderator has the right to kick me out- I would hope that person would judge with an even hand to see who said what to who because I have never resorted to name calling (with the exception of Gryndor whose bootlicking got so thick I couldn't contain myself and for a instant) unlike those who have been so kind to respond to my post.
So all said and done
Can I put a fence along my easement?
still waiting for an informed response to a rather simple question.
I can wait untill hell freezes over- (thats an Alaskan favorite)
PS If I get well thought out response from anyone that understands the real issue I promise I will end this Don Quiote insanity and move on, and end this thread. Until then, I let the reader of this thread decide if it is worth wastiing their time or not.

Hi Dave,

Even if someone who sounded like they knew what they were talking about, gave you a definite answer, if i were you, i would still be nervous about spending the time and money to build a fence based on that answer.

I mean, if you build a fence and then the neighbor complains about it, you need more than the printout from this website to prove you were right. So talking to a professional that can give you something in writing is important.

And anyhow, how do you know that the people who say they are lawyers on this website aren't just kids who know how to research legal issues? :-)

sorry i'm not a lawyer and don't know the answer to your question. You're right, this website can be cruel sometimes.

You mentioned you were bothered by your neighbor's noisy Harleys. Does your town have a noise ordinance? can you call your local police dept and try to file a noise complaint?

Thanks Rutice-
You are absolutely right-I haven't a clue who these people are. But to me it really doesn't matter as long as the advice they give makes sense. The question really isn't the cost of putting up the fence- I can do that-But rather what are my de- fences (pun intented) when and if I go to court(because I know this guy- it will go to court) what will be his strong points and what would be my rebuttal. As others have pointed out I think it will come down to the purpose of the easement-a driveway-and what it means to impede my nieghbor's access. Does it mean any fence or sign along the entire lenght of our comnon border could be considered an obsruction.
I found this site when I was looking for a lawyer that I could pay to answer my question because I live in a remote part of the world and attorneys are few and far between. I have found both good and bad- smart and stupid- but hey- I am still glad I found this place.
Don't worry about those mean ol people being cruel to me- after all by now you know by now I have seen cruel people when I was in prison in Tunisia. Believe me- I can handle it. I am just sorry I have pushed their buttons such that they felt they needed to react like they have. If I had it to do over- I think I would try different tactics. Live and learn. Some like Framerj have been nothing but kind and informative. I like others like the Cdwjava (who hasn't left a post on this thread)-not because they have the same opinions as I but because he is straight foward and honest. Belizebreeze is a bright guy and I had no right pushing him to give me an answer- which is how this thread got it's name. For that I deserved to be called a stupid jackass. There are others that as I read through their posts have helped numerous posters. As for the few that think this is some kind of kids name calling chat room-well who really cares. I have always learned to take the good and leave the bad.
As far as the question about the Harleys- I am sure that they must violate the noise ordinances in cities all over America- the question was rhetorical. They are loud! No other vehicles come off the assembly line making that kind of roar but what the heck- they are made in America-
I appreciate your response- it's nice to know there are people like yourself out there.

dead air time...wouldn't want let our followers to feel deprived..so..

I see how this works- You ask for advice- things look hopeful like your going to get an answer- you get an but not to the real question you asked- you ask again and try to clarify-that is when they know they have you-bow before your master or face palace guard dogs-at that point every spelling error is magnified and the attack begins- questions about your mental state or capacity, your eating habits, your whatever-the issue you bring to the website is now being drowned by meaningless insults until the reason you posted is completely lost-if the menions can't have their way then it's time to tell you to leave- BE GONE is echoed far and wide-some knight comes to your side and puff - they disappear -then the silence- like cockroaches when the light comes on-about then you relize there isn't a wizard just a little person without an answer after all- then you kick your heels three times- puff your back in Alaska wondering -Can I put a fence along my border?
