Do you have court-ordered visitation? If so, you file a contempt of court citation against her and you show up at the court-ordered time to pick up your sons for visitation accompanied by a nice police officer.
If you want to be a real "meanie," you can file for custody of your sons.
Visitation denial bodes very badly for the denying parent in a custody case in Indiana.
If you do not have court-ordered visitation, then you file for that, too.
Since you and Mommy were never married, the court will order establishment of paternity, unless that has already been LEGALLY established.
Of course, you'll then be ordered to pay child support, too, unless you are already court-ordered to do so...and if you are, I hope you've been paying in full and on time or that won't look good for YOU!
I am in Indiana and my husband just went through a rough two-year battle for his daughter (which he won). One of the main issues was Mom's constant denial of visitation, although, admittedly, there were many other issues, as well. However, they were married so paternity wasn't an issue and my husband was never one penny or one second late paying his support - ever.
