I cannot believe your husbands' attorney allowed your husband to give up any information without making a deal for the information. He should have made a deal for cooperating for a lessor sentence. Your husband gave up the information for Free. He got nothing but what the DA offered in the first place which the judge knew, I am sure. I'm wondering if you couldn't get another attorney and file for misrepresentation.
