I was hoping we would do battle with them , but after you had realized..., I do not
see us doing this. Hopefully with what Moburkes suggested, and the links I have shared, that,
something will work out for you; and I agree from your post that (a)(3) will work to your favor.
Thank you for the links. Unfortunately it's very possible that I was overpaid but both letters seemed legit and oddly, they weren't identical letters even though the 2 payments were for the same amount. IF I was truly overpaid I realize that I need to pay at least part of it back, but I just need to find a way to do that and still survive at the same time. Anyway, I'll keep you updated.
