Erm...

I'm not a legal... anything... and I am only fifteen, but the way I see it.

You should be able to look into if there is anything going on at the house they go to that is unreasonable. Maybe they have a reason not wanting to go home? Abuse of some kind?

If you can't find anything legible, you must sit down with your ex and talk about why they don't like going home, and if you can have more time with them so maybe they won't want to leave due to missing you so much.

:) Good luck, and best wishes to your children.

Changing custody orders usually requires a substantial change in circumtance. I agree with the young person who wrote before- try counseling to help your children adjust. Sometimes it's a matter of the households being very different discipline &/or schedule-wise. Counseling will usually involve both parents so you can work together on the issues...and if there is anything of concern going on at the other home, that will likely come out as well. You'll need more than just the fact that the stepmother tells them what to do at their house.
