What is the name of your state? Texas.
My ex wife when we where married ran from the house screaming, "Someone is trying to kidnap my baby". The neighbors called the police and when they showed up, they found that I was taking our 6 month old daughter to my parents just down the street because she would not screaming at me. The police told her it was my right to do so. This made her upset and so she told the police that I attempted to kill her three weeks prior to that day. No witnesses accept her 5-year-old son from her first marriage, who just shook his head when her mother told him to agree with her story. The police did not believe her and allowed her to file a terrorist complaint stating I made an attempt on her life. Four months later in a custody case with her first husband, she under oath admitted to making up the story she filed with police. That she lied because the police would not side with her on letting me leave the house with the baby with out her permission. I divorced her a year later and took custody of our daughter. Now almost 3 1/2 years later she has returned to cause trouble. If I have the court transcript and a copy of the police report, how do I file charges? Also what law has been broken? Fraud? Thanks!
