I am a Pakistani National and currently working with Aetna on OPT. My OPT is valid till August 2018 and then can be extended for another 2 years due to STEM.

My employer has intimated me that they will not sponsor me for H1B or Green Card. However, another employer will sponsor Green Card Directly.

1. Can I file for GC without being hired with employer B

2. Should I wait until I file my STEM to start the process since that would give me 2 years of time for GC to be approved.

3. Can i go directly from OPT to Employer Based GC, the reason I believe that direct OPT to GC would be a good option for me is that the priority date for Pakistani Nationals is current.

4. Will my Green Card application be denied because F1 is not dual intent Visa?

Eh? Unless I'm missing something, there's no way to go straight to a green card from your F1/OPT. An employer may be able to get you on an H1B visa which may eventually lead to eligibility for a green card, but we're talking six years AFTER you are accepted on the H1B.
