My ex refuses to pay his half of the medical expenses. I want to file an Order to Show Cause (pro se). Is there a recommended format or website that I can use? Can I just follow the previous examples that my attorney has prepared for other hearings? I do not want to use small claims because he's already in contempt for failure to pay medical and I think the commissioner will come down on him harder if I file an Order to Show Cause.
