my doc called me last night on the way home from work and told me that she messed up and that after reviewing and discussing with other doctors that they do believe this is related to the other injury in January. so today they are re-submitting to workmans comp.

oh and i was not even worried aboutthe medmal thing, i let go of that before. as i stated it was all up to the doc to let me know if they thought it was related.

WC lawyer said that if WC rejected it then there would be an issue.

Thanks for the update, This is what we were telling you all along while you were insisting there was malpractice, you really need to listen a little more closely. I hope your treatment is successful. Are you wearing the back brace when needed at work yet?

NOT YET, the office has one on order should have it in in the next day or so. i was listening i guess being bull headed is a pain also. thank my ol'man for that one. although i really wasn't insisting, i just couldn't believe they forgot to tell me something like that,mild or not.
it's my back afterall and i thik i should have been informed one way or another,and not 5 months later.
