divorced in florida in jan. 2000. per agreement, i have been paying monthly to my ex for her to pay debts incurred during the marriage. looking at credit report, she hasn't been making these payments, nor has she taken care of other financial issues. since i still live here (she does not), what are my options?

autodoc: I am not a lawyer, but, what kind of arrangement did you have with her? With divorce should have come some kind of laid out split on this. Also, I suggest though, send immediately notification to each credit card company that you are divorced and not responsible for any debts she incurrs or fails to pay, you may also need to try to clear it up this way with the credit bureaus.
