What would happen should I ever get a chance to take it to court? What's the lease I will get in court?

You can expect to be held in contempt of the support order and be ordered to pay extra to start paying off the arrears and interest. In other words - expect to be paying more than you already aren't.

As for visitation? You can expect to have supervised visitation, starting with short visits, to allow the child time to get to know you and become comfortable in your presence. How long it lasts? Depends on the judge and how much of a fool you act in court.
