Finding childs father

I only know he grew up in Baltimore and didn't graduate. I do have his SS number and DOB. He has a daughter that I know of...and tried to locate her with no luck. His mother recently passed away - she was his only other family member.

Hi, what have you done so far to locate him? Do you know if he is in the same state as you are?
Mine isn't (think he's in Florida) and my locate Child Support Agency really can't (or won't) offer any advice.

Last I heard, he was in Sebastian Florida...that was about 2 years ago. I havent heard from him in about 5 years. Owes a ton of back child support. He lived with his mother until her death in 2003.
