fined and suspended from youth football game for using wrong exit

I attened a youth football game yesterday and used a gate exit that wasn't locked nor was a sign posted stating that it wasn't to be used. The security guard at the field told us we had to exit out of the other gate. When I got off the phone, I followed 6 other parents out of the gate (at the wrong end of the field) and the security guard ran down tapped on my car window and told me that I was going to be fined 100 dollars and that I was suspended from attending the next game and every game thereafter until I paid the fine. There was no sign posted, nothing listed in any rules or regulations we received and the gate wasn't locked. Can this be done? He did nothing to the other parents using the exit. ???

Talk to the board members about the situation. However, you WERE already notified that you shouldn't use that gate.

yes...I just followed the others out... I know poor judgement...but with everyone else using the exit... I just did it...
