I won't mention to dad that during his next visitation with the kids....BF (who's been supporting kids along with me for 6 years) and I are going out to diner.

In California, there is [sic] no limitations, accountability, or other restriction on how the obligee spends the child support received, it is merely presumed that the money is spent on the child.
Ex has been known to quit jobs when problems arise. This is the first time he's paid support.
I don't plan on letting him walk on me....but I'm not going to "create" issues by sending spa pictures. Although a spa treatment sounds really good right now.
