well in that case
i suppose the military shoudlnt post info like that, if a civil court is going to use it anyways....oh, and you don't get dependent bah unless the dependents live with you, or you qualify for bah differential...and that means the CS has to be more than the difference between dependent and single bah...our other roomate got divorced in illinois, and his lawyer, as well as the judge, agreed with that article....so the ex-wife's idea of him bringing home 3300 a month went down the tube...as that manual states its not to be used in civil proceedings, and roomates lawyer was based here at camp pendleton with us, and had forwarded roomates info to a mlilitary lawyer somewhere out there that went to court with roomate.....bah is a privledge, not a neccessity....in fact, my divorce isnt even final, and since my husband refused to give me ANY support, b/c he said i was living with 2 males, that instead of telling my husband he didnt have to give me support, they took away his bah(as we do not live together, and its a marital privledge, as he is not an e4 per USMC(or his command)rules)....however, they still make him give me money out of his regular base pay....also, if your husband finds a military lawyer, that lawyer will argue that as well, as well as some civilian lawyers.....
