Who said anybody here is an attorney? There are attorneys on this board but none that practice employment law, as far as I know.

You got lucky. Instead of having to settle for a lawyer who, maybe, took a semester of employment law 20 years ago, you got advice from people who actually know a thing or two about employment law because of years (or decades) of experience.
