Ok, bottom line. The “stalker” problem was ultimately resolved, you suffered no damages or harm, it’s over. It’s a non-issue.

The only issue in play here is that you violated policy—knowingly or unknowingly—and they fired you. File for unemployment and look for another job.

This is all discriminatory. The security sees one thing and totally ignores the other.
If cameras caught one infraction, why were they not catching another? This is called double standards.

It's not discriminatory. It's not double standards.

Yes ther were damages. I was in fear, and afraid to come in the store, and could not perform my job effectively.
You call it a non-issue because you've never been in such situation.

You have no monetary damages. As you were told, the store took care of the problem...no problem.

Yes it is, because this matter was in the hands of one person, who didn't like me and wanted to get rid of me.

When a celebrity gets stalked, their stalker gets arrested immediately. Why is this matter only important if it's a celebrity, and not just an ordinary person at workplace?

They should have done their job immediately, and they did not. They failed to do so, but when it came to minor violation of their policy, they got rid of me right away.

Yeah, but you're confusing "things I'm angry about" with "things I can sue for". There's a big difference.

In any case, these are two separate issues. The stalker was one thing. That's done. Your firing was about a violation of company policy. What happened to you might not be fair, but it's not illegal.

Look, I can tell we're about to start going around in circles.

If you think you have a case, hire an attorney. But I can answer that for free. You don't.

If the store took care of it, and the issue was resolved, how comes that the guy followed me to the parking lot and attempted to assault me?

I see you are going to just keep adding things to your tale in the hopes that we will all jump up and shout "YES, YOU HAVE A CASE!"

Have a pleasant day.

Oh now this stalker attempted to assault you? I call bull. You would have mentioned that before if it really had happened.

Thank you for your help. I do not want to disclose all the facts. Now the attorney is handling the issue, and I am not allowed to disclose facts.
