I have been on a forebearance plan since July 2004. In December I missed that month's payment. The mortgage company sent in the mail another form regarding forbearance. I completed the form, but have not heard any further from the motgage company. Can one get more than one forbearance? Should I send the past payments? I called the mortgage ompany and get transferred all around but no answer.

Yes, it is possible to get more than one forbearance. Get back on the phone and find out the status of your request for a new forbearance plan. Hopefully, they have not referred it to an attorney for foreclosure.

Q: Should I send the past payments?
A: Yes. Money always impresses a creditor.

Q: Should I send the past payments?

**A: of course and send current payments too. If you want to make a big impression, also send out March's mortgage payment by next week.
