What is the name of your state?

Md

I am currently renting a house from a relative. Me and the relative had a falling out and she revealed the house was about to go into foreclosure. She is 2 months behind. I am interested in property but have a feeling she won't sell to me. I have all her lenders info. Any suggestions????

I'm not aware

of anything you can do without the cooperation of your relative.

However, your relative would be extremely dumb if she chose foreclosure over letting you assume the loan.

Is there any 3rd party that could mediate a sale between you and this other relative.

Other than that, I believe you should make arrangements to move.

Just a word of advice, I have seen banks pay tenants to move once they have taken over the property.

**A: if the owner is really in dire straits, make him/her an offer and send a copy to the lender.
