I had a mobile home in a park. I still had a loan on the trailer. I had to leave the state of maryland due to my child being in the hopital in a different state. I told the park owner and the mobile home lien holder the truth as to what was going on. I couldn't pay the rent for 60 days and the park owner had my trailer and belongs removed and destroyed. Now the lien holder is sueing me for my loan. Is their anything I can do?

i have been trying to contact them and they are not sure of what the property owner has done either. We have both been trying to contact the land owner and he will not call us back.
