A gentleman I know was foreclosed on and he had an extensive military collection on the property. The military collection is owned by a non-profit 501C3 not by the owner of the property. Is this legal and is there something we can do to stop them. Thank You Peggie Cincinnati Ohio

He has. The problem is the Township he is in. They will not give any one any time to get the stuff of the property. The bank was working with him. We had this on the news and everything. Anderson Township is being ridiculus and we just don't know what to do. Please let me know if there is any legal action we can take. Some of this stuff dates back to the revolutionary war and the civil war. He also has weapons that are not loaded and test missiles. Plus they are telling him, he has to pay the auctioneer and any fees incurred to remove it. We are talking 11 tractor trailers full of stuff.

 You stated that some of this items belong to a non-profit organization? They were ( being stored) at his house? You have some documentation of this?
Without a paper trail to document that these items do not belong to the individual and in fact belong to someone or somewhere else (I.E. an museum, non-profit org.) then you are beating a dead horse.
