Forfeited Bond

My X girlfriend bonded me out of Jail. l hit a parked car noone was in the vehicle. I was charged with misdemeanor DUI. I have forfeited bond and currently have a warrent. My question is can she be charged with anything since i forfeited bond and she was the one who bailed me out. The reason i ask is because they have called me and threatened me that if I dont pay the bond they will take the money from her income tax. I dont want this. Is this true? What will happen. I have nothing on my record first offense.

She is obligated to whatever she might have signed for. If she purchased your bond there is a good chance she is liable for the bond.
