BTW, "indeterminate" does not mean "indefinite". I still maintain that the ADA does not provide for you to be off work indefinitely.

CBG is absolutely correct!

An indefinite leave of absence is not a reasonable accommodation when return was not likely in a reasonable time.

Its because of jerks like you that people on this forum become uncivil at times, we all get tired of hearing people whine and also thinking they are completely entitled to everything under the sun. So go take your meds and be the good little head case you know you can be.

The funny thing about threads like this is that the OP doesn't realize that we LOVE it when they do this. It gives all of us a place to play and we can insult the OP all we want without getting in trouble with Mary.
