What is the name of your state?Tn. I came to this website for help! I have only posted a few times in a website,and they where very helpful to me.I hope no one takes this the wrong way!I posted my question on here because i have every thing i own pending on the answers you might have help me with. I was dissapointed to see only one excellent response came from all the views! Also i seen other questions that it seemed if though they were very truthful questions, but lac of response to them also. If the question is very legall it seems to get less response.My question is still posted if you could reply.Now i have 2 homes 2 payments 2insurance payments, 2 sets of utility bills and only 1 income! BECAUSE A BUYER BACKED ON THE LAST DAY OF CLOSING. Also the money from my house that was to be sold on 3-30-2005 was money to help my 8 month old grand daughter who has to have her skull reconstrtued on 4-6-2005 so you she what happening when some people don't keep their word.

I couln't agree with you more. If you look at the title of the website it says "legal question / Legal solution - Free advice" So where is that legal solution. Most of the posts that I have read refer the person to get a lawyer or get legal advice. Isn't that why people come here? I am sorry that I can't help you and hope you find an answer soon.

Okay, I want you to read this very carefully.

We don't "owe" you a response. None of us are versed in the laws of EVERY State in the Union. For example, I know California law. I don't know Tennessee law. Therefore, if I answered your question, it would be based on general principles of law, which may not be enough for your specific situation. We don't know ALL THE LAWS for every situation. If we did, we'd all be geniuses. We're not.

Secondly, you may have a legal problem that's not very interesting. It may be important to you, but not to us. We choose what we like to answer, not because there's a compulsion to answer you. We don't get paid for our VOLUNTEER work on this site.

Thirdly, DO NOT use this site as your "primary" source for legal advice. That's what your local attorney is for. We may be able to give you an "idea", but your first duty to yourself is to have any ideas checked out with your own counsel. And, if you don't get an answer, then you see your attorney. If you don't have an attorney, or can't afford an attorney, it's not our fault. Oh, and I love this statement - - "I posted my question on here because i have every thing i own pending on the answers you might have help me with." That's completely UNFAIR to us.

So, don't lay any guilt trips on us for your life decision to be poor. We're not responsible for the sh!t that hit YOUR fan. We're not responsible for your divorce, or that he's not paying child support, or that you're losing your home, or that your neighbor is causing you problems, or that you can't file bankruptcy, or that your medical insurance won't pay for your procedure, etc., etc., etc.
