What is the name of your state? Florida

I am the father of a 13 year old, she lives with her mother very comfortable. I am thinking about changing fields of work because in the last 5 years things had gone south, outsourcing etc.. My plans are to return to college full time and work part time. If I do that I would be making a lot less that what I am making now. My question is: Would I'll be able to get an adjustment-reduction in child support? I want to go to college because I want to better myself and find a more reliable field, I am on my fourth outsource in the lat 10 years, I need to change careers. Thanks.

It's unlikely. That sort of change would be voluntary, and a court won't lower your CS for a voluntary income decrease.

Are you a lawyer? I need an answer from a lawyer. The CS has not been set here in Fla. yet, is a case in Puerto Rico that will be transferred. Thanks.

Nope. Just a lot of experience under the belt. Of course, your best course of action would be to go talk to an actual lawyer.
