Just found out that they have frozen my account.
they also froze my joint account with my wife and no wher balance is -7000 dollars. . how is it negative.
Can they freeze he seperate bank account also?
any ideas on debt solutions companies.
what about bankruptcy?

The only way they can 'freeze' an account is if they have a judgment against you. Did you forget to mention that??

If your wife was not listed in the judgment AND if your wife's account is in her name ONLY (and you without signature authority), then her account should not be subject to garnishment/seizure.

Then follow the instructions you should have received with the notice, filing a request for exemption challenge with the court. The court will set a hearing where you can present your evidence that NONE of the funds in the account were yours. If the court agrees, they will order those exempted funds returned.
