What is the name of your state? Fort Worth, Texas

Hello,

I know this guy whos name is "Heero". He has a daughter who is 2-years-old named Rei. I was wondering if one of the lawyers who run this board could help. I told Heero to begin collecting evidence against the mother. The other day he found a bruise on Rei and I told him to take a picture of it. I also told him he needs to prove he is a good father and that he can take good care of Rei. What else should he do?

well.......

I am not an attorney, however, I will say that I think it's great that you are giving him advice. I also think that it's great that he document everything.

The only thing I can disagree with, is the fact that, I have a three year old......and if my ex took pictures, I would be in big trouble and I have never layed my hand on him. Do you know how many times children of that age fall and get bruises????

I was thinking the same thing, njmom. If there's a suspicioun (sp? looks wrong to me) of abuse, Dad should take the girl to the doctor or ER for documentation. Kids get bruised pretty frequently.
